CORNQ Service Contract
This service contract (“Contract”) outlines the agreement between CORNQ (“We” or “Us” or “Our”), including any party acting on CORNQ’s implicit instructions, and You (“You” or “Your” or “Reseller” or “Client” or “Customer”), the individual or entity purchasing the services and/or any party acting on Your instructions. This Contract applies to the provision of services and remains in effect during the term of the agreement.
Definitions:
- “We” or “Us” or “Our” refers to CORNQ or any party acting on CORNQ’s implicit instructions.
- “You” or “Your” or “Reseller” or “Client” or “Customer” refers to the person purchasing the services and/or any party acting on the customer’s instructions.
- “Member” refers to the purchaser of services and/or any party acting on the purchaser’s instructions.
- “The Registrant” refers to the person applying for a domain name or any party acting on the Registrant’s instructions.
- “The Registry” refers to the relevant domain name Registry.
- “Server” refers to the computer server equipment used in connection with the provision of the Services.
- “Website” refers to the area on the Server allocated by Us to You for use as a site on the Internet.
- Terms of Service or “TOS” includes this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on https://cornq.com/terms-of-service/. It is Your responsibility to review and stay updated on any changes made to this Contract.
By using any portion of CORNQ’s services, You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract, which shall apply throughout the term of this agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree to the following provisions:
- CORNQ will provide the specified services as outlined in the chosen service plan.
- You will comply with the terms, conditions, and acceptable use policies outlined in this Contract.
- Both parties will act in good faith and cooperate to ensure the smooth provision of services.
This Contract represents the legally binding agreement between You and CORNQ for the provision of services. For any domain-related agreements, please refer to the separate document available at https://cornq.com/domain-registration-legal-agreements/.
If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding this Contract, please do not hesitate to contact us at legal@cornq.com. By continuing to use CORNQ’s services, you indicate your full understanding and acceptance of this Contract.
Delivery of Services
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated receipt from our system. Please ensure to print and retain a copy of the receipt in a safe place for future reference.
The receipt will include your unique Order ID and email address, which should be used for any inquiries to CORNQ.
Please note that we strive to deliver all goods promptly after signup completion. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you via email or telephone, or both. Payment will be deducted when services are delivered.
All orders are delivered electronically via email. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at sales@cornq.com.
Our support team is available 365 days a year, 24/7. We aim to respond to your inquiries within a day of receiving them.
Please be aware that the services available on this site may be subject to export and/or import restrictions. Please check the regulations in your country to ensure these products are allowed for import.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to address any concerns promptly. If you experience any issues with our service, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached and you remain dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note the following:
- Refund Processing: Once your refund claim is approved, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be completed.
- Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for:
- Domain names
- SSL certificates
- Transfer fees
- VPS
- Dedicated servers
- Services terminated due to policy violations
- Additional Terms:
- Account credits cannot be refunded.
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Promotional accounts are excluded from the 30-day refund policy, and any excess funds will be issued as account credit only, not as a cash refund.
- Service-Specific Policies: For any service that does not have a cancellation or refund policy, this will be clearly stated on the respective service page.

SLA Conditions
We guarantee a minimum uptime level of 99.9% for our service. In the event that the uptime drops below this level in any given month, you will be eligible for a credit of one free month. To claim this credit, please notify us within 7 days of our monitoring indicating a drop in uptime.
Please note that any scheduled maintenance work is exempt from this guarantee and will not be considered in the calculation of uptime. Additionally, dedicated servers currently do not have a service level agreement (SLA) in place.
The uptime level is determined based on our status page and monitoring systems only.
Free Domain Conditions
With our premium hosting package, you will receive a complimentary domain name registration when you choose to pay yearly.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- One free domain registration is provided per account.
- The minimum hosting term is 3 months. After this period, you have the freedom to transfer the domain to another hosting provider if desired. However, during this time, the domain cannot be transferred to another client.
- In the event of cancelling your hosting before the 3-month paid period, CORNQ reserves the right to cancel or resell the domain associated with the account.
This offer specifically applies to .com, .net, .biz and .top domain extensions.
We believe this promotion adds value to our premium hosting package and look forward to providing you with excellent service.
Affiliates
As an affiliate, it is important to adhere to the following guidelines:
- The affiliate link provided must not be masked, hidden, or modified in any way. It should be used as displayed in the client area.
- Spamming or advertising in areas or sections of websites that violate the rules and regulations of the hosting platform or website is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the affiliate link being reported.
We value ethical and responsible affiliate marketing practices and appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.
Web Hosting
By using your CORNQ account, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (“Terms and Policies”) outlined in this document. These Terms and Policies are fundamental to your relationship with CORNQ.
General Terms and Policies
The Service provided by CORNQ is intended for authorized individuals or organizations (referred to as “Subscriber” or “you”). Your use of the Service is subject to the restrictions outlined below. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all of these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree, you must cancel your account immediately and refrain from using the Service.
Coverage: These Terms and Policies apply to all individuals accessing the Service through your account as an individual Subscriber. If you are a commercial Subscriber, these Terms and Policies extend to your employees, agents, and customers. Violations by anyone using your account will be treated as violations by you.
Prices and Charges: While CORNQ provides the use of cPanel and domain control panels free of charge, any charges incurred due to misuse or abuse may be passed on to you.
Term: You may use the Service for as long as you desire, but we reserve the right to terminate the service if it is used in violation of the terms of use.
Backups:
CORNQ performs daily backups for internal server failure purposes. These backups are not guaranteed, and clients are advised to backup their data independently. Restoration of backups incurs a one-time fee of $10.
Suspended or Terminated Account Backups: Backup restoration for suspended accounts requires a one-time fee of $20. Backups for terminated accounts are retained for 13 days only, and restoration availability is not guaranteed. The restoration fee is $20, depending on backup availability. Please note that no guarantee is provided for terminated account backups.
Grounds for Suspension and Termination
Your agreement to comply with these Terms and Policies is essential. Failure to adhere to them, as well as other mentioned rules, regulations, or policies, may result in the suspension or termination of your CORNQ account. CORNQ reserves the right, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate your account if any of the following actions occur:
- Utilizing the Service in violation of applicable statutes, laws, court orders, tariffs, regulations, or treaties, including but not limited to intellectual property, communications, privacy, criminal, and international laws.
- Hosting websites dedicated to pornography or adult content.
- Engaging in activities that abuse or violate the privacy or property rights of others, including spamming. A cleanup fee of $40 per hour will be charged if our server IP addresses are blacklisted due to spam originating from your account.
- Using the hosting service solely for the file or image storage purposes, excluding dedicated server clients.
- Attempting to breach or successfully breaching the security of any computer network, including the Service itself, or accessing unauthorized accounts, messages, or files.
- Falsifying or misrepresenting headers, addresses, or other identification in electronic mail or websites, or using methods to disguise the sender’s identity or location. This includes the hosting of Proxy Server applications.
- Uploading, linking to, or storing warez, cracks, or pirated software.
- Assisting in or directly distributing copyrighted material.
- Excessively using the Service to the extent that it impairs bandwidth availability for others.
- Providing false or incomplete contact details, including name, postal address, and telephone number.
- Operating server programs, such as mail servers, IRC servers, game servers, FTP servers, web servers, or streaming audio/video servers.
- Engaging in unauthorized relays through third-party systems.
- Attempting to interfere with or deny service to any user or host on the Internet.
- Initiating a chargeback on any past or current transactions, which may result in account suspension until resolved.
- Participating in mail bombing, which involves sending multiple messages to a specific destination to disrupt the recipient or the serving electronic system.
- Adding or attempting to add addresses to any mailing list without the explicit positive consent of the addressees.
- Trying to cancel, supersede, or interfere with email accounts other than your own.
- Engaging in harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, via email or website content.
- Using the Service to host phishing content.
- Providing false information on your sign-up form, contract, or online application, including fraudulent credit card or payment details.
- During a period of suspension, no bill credit will be granted. In the event of termination of your Service under this section, CORNQ may, at its sole discretion, retain any or all amounts you have paid for the Service as liquidated damages for your actions.
- Security – You agree not to access or attempt to access private areas of the Service. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach or attempted breach, you must promptly notify CORNQ.
- Intellectual Property – CORNQ does not undertake to examine or review messages, files, or other materials accessible through, passing through, or residing on the Service. Complaints regarding alleged copyright infringement can be directed to abuse@cornq.com.
- Continuing a specific identification of the allegedly infringing material and the location(s) on CORNQ facilities where the materials are to be found. Upon receipt of such written notice, CORNQ will expeditiously remove or block access to the allegedly infringing material, and provide notice to the person who had posted that material. If CORNQ receives a notification from that person indicating that the claim of infringement was based upon mistake or misidentification, CORNQ will send you a copy of that notification. Unless you notify CORNQ of appropriate court action to restrain the alleged infringement, the challenged material will then be restored or otherwise made accessible again.
- Liability – You agree that use of the Service is at your own risk. Except for information, products, or services clearly identified as being supplied by CORNQ, neither CORNQ nor any of its affiliates controls, provides, operates, or is in any way responsible for any information, products, or services accessible through the Service.CORNQ neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy of third-party material(s), and you agree that CORNQ is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your use of, or reliance on, such material(s). You understand and agree that you have sole responsibility for your posting of any information or material to any site or newsgroup on the Internet, including but not limited to postings to Web sites, whether residing on CORNQ equipment or not, postings to newsgroups, and participation in any on-line chat sessions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CORNQ and its employees, and other customers and subscribers from and against any claims, losses, costs, liability, damages or expenses arising out of your postings.
- You agree that should you use the Service to send or receive voice communications, CORNQ is not acting as a telecommunications carrier or telephone, that there is no representation made by CORNQ as to the suitability of the Service for such use, and that all risk of connection, transmission quality, and accuracy of communications is solely on you, and that CORNQ has no liability of any sort for the failure or lack of quality of such use of the Service.
- You agree to be liable for any damages or loss of service which results in damages to CORNQ as a result of any spamming or other violations of Section 5 above. These damages include but are not limited to, system shutdowns, retaliatory attacks or data flooding, and loss of peering arrangements. You agree that CORNQ may pursue any such claims against you in Court.
- You agree that in no event will CORNQ have financial liability to you.
- Warranty – CORNQ makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of title, non-infringement, and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the service, or any software or other material available through the service, regardless of what you may have told CORNQ about your intended use of the service. No oral advice or information given by CORNQ or its employees shall create a warranty or otherwise alter the provisions of this section.
- The service and any software provided to you by CORNQ are provided on an “as is, as available” basis; CORNQ does not warrant that they will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. CORNQ does not guarantee the security or back-up of any of your data which may be stored on the service.
Resource Usage
The following activities are not allowed:
- Using 10% or more of system resources for longer than 60 seconds..
- Running interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are permitted.
- Running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes on the server, including daemons such as IRCD.
- Running software that connects to an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
- Running any bit torrent application, tracker, or client.
- Running rapid leech plug mod.
- Engaging in file-sharing or peer-to-peer activities.
- Running gaming servers like Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Battlefield 1492, etc.
- Running cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.
You are allowed to create backups of your account from your control panel, but they may only be stored for up to 7 days. It is advised to download the archives to a local source and remove them from your account.
Content
You understand and agree that information and access available through the Service may include controversial, sexually explicit, or other material that may be offensive to you or users for whom you are responsible. CORNQ has no responsibility for or control over such materials, and you take sole responsibility for using any available screening software or other methods of limiting access (specifically including the access of minors) to any material you may find objectionable.
Disputes
You agree that in the event of any dispute between you and CORNQ arising from your use of the Service or related to your subscription and use of the Service, and if the dispute cannot be resolved between both parties, it will be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Bangladeshi law and International Law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and International Laws.
Cancellation Procedure
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area. To do this, click the icon next to the package you wish to cancel then press ‘Cancel Package’. You must then complete and submit the form.
Choosing an immediate cancellation means your service will be terminated within 24 hours of submitting the form.
No other forms of cancellation are accepted.
Cancellations must be submitted before the invoice for that billing cycle is due. Failure to do so will result in the invoice being due. Cancellation requests can only be submitted if the account has no due invoices.
Dedicated server cancellations must be submitted a minimum of 15 days prior to the renewal date or you may be charged for the next billing period.
Transfer
Free transfer is only applicable for cPanel to cPanel, Webuzo to Webuzo, cPanel to Webuzo, WordPress to WordPress transfer. For any manual transfer, the charge is $10/one time.
For Free Domain Name
These Terms of Service apply to all customers who register, use, renew, or manage a .dev.cv or .dev.bd domain through CORNQ.
By placing an order for either domain extension, the registrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, along with CORNQ’s general Terms of Service and the applicable registry policies.
1. Domain Registration
Registration of a .dev.cv or .dev.bd domain is subject to:
- Domain availability
- Successful payment or eligibility under an applicable promotional offer
- Submission of accurate registrant information
- Compliance with CORNQ and registry requirements
- Approval or verification by CORNQ or the relevant registry, where required
Submitting an order does not guarantee registration until the domain has been successfully activated.
CORNQ may reject or cancel an order where the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or inconsistent with the intended use of the domain.
2. Website Activation Requirement
Every newly registered .dev.cv and .dev.bd domain must be connected to a live and publicly accessible website within 30 days of the registration date.
A domain may not be considered active where it only displays:
- A blank page
- A default hosting page
- A directory listing
- A parked-domain page
- A “Coming Soon” page with no meaningful content
- An error message
- Content that does not reflect the declared purpose of registration
The website should contain genuine and relevant content connected to the registrant’s declared use of the domain.
3. Failure to Activate the Domain
Where a .dev.cv or .dev.bd domain is not connected to an eligible live website within 30 days:
- The domain may be suspended, cancelled, or removed from the registrant’s CORNQ account.
- The domain may be released and made available for public registration.
- Another person or organization may register the domain after its release.
- CORNQ cannot guarantee that the same domain will remain available for registration again.
The registrant is solely responsible for completing the website, configuring DNS records, arranging hosting, and making the website publicly accessible within the required period.
4. Permitted Use of .dev.bd Domains
A .dev.bd domain is intended exclusively for non-commercial and personal developer-related use.
Permitted uses may include:
- Personal developer websites
- Personal portfolio websites
- Personal coding projects
- Open-source project pages
- Learning and experimental projects
- Technical demonstrations
- Non-commercial software documentation
- Personal project showcases
The content and purpose of the website must remain consistent with the information submitted during registration.
5. Prohibited Use of .dev.bd Domains
A .dev.bd domain must not be used for:
- Business or corporate websites
- Company or organizational websites
- E-commerce stores or online marketplaces
- Selling products or paid services
- Commercial software or subscription services
- Advertising-based or revenue-generating websites
- Affiliate marketing
- Paid membership platforms
- Commercial client projects
- Business lead generation
- Any activity primarily intended to generate revenue or promote a commercial operation
CORNQ may determine whether a website falls outside the permitted use of .dev.bd based on its content, ownership, activities, payment features, advertisements, branding, or declared purpose.
6. Accuracy of Registration Information
The registrant must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration.
The registrant must not:
- Use false or misleading information
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Submit documents belonging to another person without authorization
- Misrepresent the intended use of the domain
- Register a domain for an undisclosed commercial purpose
- Provide an invalid phone number, email address, identity document, or contact address
CORNQ may request additional information or supporting documents before or after registration.
Failure to provide the requested information may result in rejection, suspension, cancellation, or removal of the domain.
7. Registrant Responsibilities
The registrant is responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account and contact information
- Keeping account credentials secure
- Configuring the required DNS records
- Connecting the domain to a functional website
- Ensuring that the website remains publicly accessible
- Complying with all applicable laws and registry policies
- Responding to verification or compliance requests within the given period
- Ensuring that all content hosted under the domain is lawful and authorized
CORNQ is not responsible for website downtime, incorrect DNS configuration, hosting problems, application errors, or third-party service failures that prevent the domain from meeting the activation requirement.
8. Monitoring and Verification
CORNQ or the relevant registry may review a domain or its associated website to verify compliance with these terms.
The registrant may be asked to:
- Confirm the purpose of the domain
- Provide updated contact information
- Submit additional documents
- Remove prohibited content
- Make the website publicly accessible
- Correct a policy violation within a specified period
CORNQ is not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is necessary to comply with registry requirements, legal obligations, security concerns, or abuse prevention measures.
9. Suspension, Cancellation and Removal
A domain may be suspended, cancelled, removed, or released where:
- The domain is not activated within 30 days.
- The domain is used for an unauthorized or commercial purpose.
- The website does not match the declared purpose.
- The registrant provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- The registrant fails to respond to a verification or compliance request.
- The domain violates CORNQ’s Terms of Service.
- The domain violates the applicable registry’s policies.
- The domain is used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- Suspension or cancellation is required by the registry, a competent authority, or applicable law.
Removal of a domain from a CORNQ account may result in permanent loss of the domain.
10. Refund Policy
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration has been submitted to or completed by the registry, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
No refund, credit, replacement, or compensation will be provided where a domain is suspended, cancelled, removed, released, or becomes unavailable due to:
- Failure to activate the domain within 30 days
- Commercial or unauthorized use of a
.dev.bddomain - Violation of registry policies
- Violation of CORNQ’s Terms of Service
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information
- Failure to provide requested documents
- Failure to respond to a compliance request
- Unlawful, abusive, or prohibited use
- Any action or omission by the registrant
Promotional and free domain registrations do not carry any cash value and are not eligible for refunds or account credits.
11. Domain Availability After Cancellation
Once a domain is cancelled, removed, or released:
- CORNQ cannot reserve it for the previous registrant.
- CORNQ cannot guarantee its availability for re-registration.
- The domain may be registered by another party at any time.
- CORNQ will not be responsible for any loss resulting from another party registering the domain.
12. Hosting and DNS Services
Domain registration does not automatically include hosting, website development, email hosting, DNS configuration, or deployment services unless these services are specifically included in the selected package.
The registrant is responsible for purchasing or arranging any additional service required to make the website publicly accessible.
CORNQ may provide technical guidance, but the availability and scope of support will depend on the service purchased by the customer.
13. Registry Policies
All .dev.cv and .dev.bd registrations remain subject to the policies, decisions, technical requirements, and eligibility conditions imposed by the respective registry.
Where these terms conflict with a mandatory registry requirement, the registry requirement will take precedence.
The registry may suspend, cancel, transfer, revoke, or modify a domain according to its own policies. CORNQ will not be liable for an action taken directly by the registry or a competent authority.
14. Changes to These Terms
CORNQ may modify these terms to reflect:
- Changes in registry policies
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security or abuse-prevention requirements
- Changes to CORNQ’s services or operational procedures
The updated terms will become effective when published on CORNQ’s website unless a different effective date is stated.
Continued use of a .dev.cv or .dev.bd domain after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, renewing, or continuing to use a .dev.cv or .dev.bd domain through CORNQ, the registrant confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these terms
- Agree to comply with all applicable requirements
- Accept responsibility for the use of the domain
- Understand the 30-day website activation requirement
- Understand the usage restrictions applicable to
.dev.bd - Accept that violations may result in suspension, cancellation, removal, or permanent loss of the domain without a refund
